We focus on designing and implementing solutions such as RAG assistants, automation workflows, agent-based systems, and AI-powered product enhancements that improve operational efficiency, decision-making, and scalability.

Rather than building from scratch alone, Refactrd partners with organizations to refine ideas, refactor existing infrastructure, and introduce AI in a structured, secure, and measurable way. Our approach combines strong engineering principles with responsible AI adoption to ensure long-term reliability and business impact.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on, output-driven content role.

You will not just edit videos.

You will own video content from shoot to final edit, turn scripts into engaging, high-retention videos, and help shape how Refactrd shows up through video.

You will work directly with the founders and growth team.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Shoot content during monthly batch recording sessions

Capture founder talking-head videos and client/project-related content

Edit 2–3 short-form videos weekly (Reels, TikTok)

Edit 1-2 long-form videos monthly (when required)

Add clean cuts, strong hooks, engaging captions, and smooth transitions

Work with provided scripts and shot lists

Bring creative input to improve content quality

Manage video workflow from raw footage to final output

Iterate quickly based on feedback

Maintain consistency in style and quality across videos

What We're Looking For

Required

Based in Lagos (in-person role)

Experience shooting with a mobile phone

Strong working knowledge of CapCut, Instagram Edits, or similar tools

Ability to create high-quality, storytelling-driven edits

Strong sense of pacing, timing, and audience retention

Ability to follow direction and execute cleanly

Ability to work independently and own tasks end-to-end

Strong attention to detail

Organized and consistent

Preferred

Experience editing content for tech, startups, or founders

Basic understanding of content performance (hooks, retention)

Experience with lighting, framing, and audio setup

Familiarity with additional editing tools

Remuneration

Monthly Salary: ₦70,000

Transport Allowance

Performance review after 3 months
